By accessing and using Yundian+ SocialMedia ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Regional Restrictions

The Service is not available to users located in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, or any jurisdiction where the use of the Service or connected third-party platforms (including TikTok) is prohibited or restricted by applicable laws or regulations.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in Mainland China and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including the export control and sanctions laws of the United States and other jurisdictions applicable to TikTok and other integrated platforms.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, are operated by users in restricted regions.

3. Description of Service

Yundian+ SocialMedia is a social media management platform that allows users to connect their social media accounts and schedule, publish, and manage content across multiple platforms.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post or share content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Post spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. The Service's software, branding, and infrastructure are owned by Kecent Technology Co., Ltd.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to content removal by third-party platforms or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
